    Default Timber Slabs

I’m new at this so not sure how all this works. The last couple of years have been spent designing and building sawmills and equipment to supply DIY timber.
I was thinking slabs and turning timber but need lots of advise on what’s best for DIY market.
I can handle quite big logs . Hope I’m coming from the right direction.
I will post photos of mills timber and variety (sorry about one of the photos being upside down automatically changed when being attached)
Timber varieties - Forest red gum, silky oak, yellow pine, spotted gum, blackbutt, camphor, wattle, she oak.

    Gday Jim,

This is interesting to me, id be keen to see photos of your setup and what your plans are. Im moving up from Canberra up to Coffs harbour region in a few weeks. i have some logs to cut but ill probably get that done locally. im always on the lookout of other sources and suppliers though as im a DIY'er also. i have a lathe and am interested in a wide variety of timber for different projects that i have lined up.

Thanks for posting it on here.

    Cheers,
    Nathan
