natural edge, not sure if you know or not, the Peterson ASM isn't a twin saw - just an automatic swing blade

    Natural Edge

We manufacture a twin blade Saw for use on the EcoSaw Milling system. Hydraulic powered with a 320mm vertical blade and a 205mm horizontal. The horizontal is the leading blade with both blades having riving knives.

The milling head is powered through the log with a timber return built in.

Current mill is still manually moved up/down/sideways but the electronic controls for remote moving are coming to their final design stage.

The manual version is good for 2 to 3 cubic meters per hour when using the 100hp version. We start at 65hp, 85hp, 100hp and 160hp.

Price starts at $30,000 AUD with build time of 10 to 12 weeks depending on engine availability.

The more power you have the higher the number of teeth and therefore the faster the milling.

The hydraulics and diesel engines are mounted on a trailer with the mill being upto 6m away assembled on the log.

This is the only twinsaw / quatersaw where the milling head can rotate 180 degrees and mill on both sides of the log.

The fully automated system with log handling system is upways of $90,000AUD.

If your interested please email or call.
