    Default U-Beaut at Brisbane Show

    U (Neil) & Beaut (Pauline) will once again be in Brisbane for the Timber & Working With Wood Show.

    COUPLE OF SPECIAL THINGS:

    PRIZE DRAWS
    Everyone who purchases from us at the show will go into a draw to win one of 3 different prize packages, presented in a mini cooler box:

    • 1 pack for woodturners
    • 1 pack for restorers/finishers
    • 1 pack for general upkeep/maintenance.

    (Prizes will be drawn 3:00pm Sunday 19th and winners will be notified.)

    Anyone presenting a Club Woody VIP Club Voucher or a Woodwork Forums Members ID Card - when making a purchase - will receive a further 10% off our already heavily discounted prices along with a handy, pocket size, bound notepad, and entry into one of the 3 prize draws.

    PRICING FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW:
    All products will be sold at 2002 prices.
    We have managed to keep prices of our products reasonably stable until now with only one price rise since 2002.
    However the price of shellac has sky rocketed over the last 2 years by almost 175% and there is about to be a major price rise across the board on all our shellac based products.

    DEMONSTRATIONS:
    We will be running continual on demand demonstrations throughout the duration of the show, along with 2 structured demonstrations each day of the show:
    • Flat surfaces finishing
    • Finishing for woodturners
    • Plus one “hands on/have a go” session on flat finishing each afternoon.


    We look forward to seeing some old faces, young faces and new faces. Feel free to drop by and say g'day if you get a chance.

    We will definitely be at Sydney show unless there are major unforeseen health or other problems.

    Prices may not be as cheap as Brisbane as we have a price rise due before then but all will be below regular retail for the show.... But only for the show.
