I'll be sending out a bunch of PMs in the next couple of days with my mobile number and a backup or two. The idea is to call when you get to the show, so someone can rush out & hand you an exhibitor's badge...

Hi Everyone, the flood of members signing up to help out at the show has pretty-well dried up, so I have been sending out the instructions on what to do when you arrive via PMs. Unfortunately, I was a bit distracted when I sent out the first few, and mixed up some messages, which must have made a few of you wonder what the heck was going on! Just a 'senior moment', caused by not concentrating as I cut & pasted to the obligatory 5 recipients we can send to at one time....

So, everyone who put their hand up should have been contacted by now, and if there are any questions, just PM me, or post here if it is a general question & all might benefit from an answer.

Our job is not too difficult, it is just to hand out some flyers and talk about the benefits of the Forum to interested people who have not yet discovered us....

The latest roster is attached - please check to make sure you are down for the time(s) you specified, or that you have not been left off. This is the list I will be going on when you call to receive your entry badge.

Hi, just wanted to say sorry to the chap that gave me the hand out this arvo. I said that I was already a member but now I realise that that I only visit here a lot but now am a member so ta. According to the roster it was either John Saxton, astral man or Charleville so ta guys.

I am at the markets most weekends and quite a few woodies check my work out , I am surprised by the number that are not members of forums and work alone in their endeavours ,but I try hehe , cheers ~ John
