I'm in. I'm available all day on the Friday, and again on Sunday if needed. I'm happy with any time slots you need to fill. I seem to remember there were a few times nobody seemed to want to be on the stand, the year I co-ordinated.
I would have volunteered to co-ordinate again, but Superbunny has beaten me to it. (whew! ) Instead, I'll bring along a couple of things for daily draws for the volunteers. Some incentives to flush you out of your sheds to help....
Cheers,IW

Nice to see all the guys stepping up to the plate. I'm in Myanmar (Burma) teaching kids in a remote village whilst on school holidays. I will get a roster set up when I get back in a couple of weeks. I'm in Yangon right now and I have some internet but It's touch and go. In the mean time keep putting your names down with a preferred time and day.

hi all....I 've only ever been along to these events as a last minute "darn nearly forgot" exercise.....so by volunteering a definitive time I might be able to remember this year. Can I put down a TENTATIVE Friday morning time slot??? I'll need to check with SWMBO....and fingers crossed it doesn't clash with kids school holiday stuff....
hope that's ok.....and hopefully can confirm a bit closer to he event....

I'll make it a hat trick and volunteer again this year. Friday would be better but it must be in the morning due to commitments in the afternoon. I can do 10am-11am and then shop around a bit or 11am -12pm and shop before. If you have problems filling the roster for other days, let me know and I'll check to see if I am available to help - just so many things to do in retirement.
You can also put me down to bring 3 dozen home cooked muffins on Friday morning to supplement the biscuits and I promise not to eat them all myself.
Will there be a container available at the Members' Lounge to store them in??
Greg
