    All Volunteers get free admission to the show.
    Anyone wishing to volunteers please put your name down in this thread.
    The sooner we get names the sooner quicker and easier it will be to draw up a roster, etc.

    Ian W and I have agreed to swap shifts on Friday, so Ian will do 12-2 and I'll do 2-4.

    Default Forum Roster Mark Three

    Well forum members it's looking good but a few spots that could still be filled but at least we have one member on at any given time. I'll update the roster sooner as the Friday gets closer so we all have a good idea of how the roster is panning out for the three days. I think a couple more contact phone numbers might be nice so rostered members can let the stand know they are here and let them in with a pass. My Idea is perhapse Carrolls could be a contact and hold the stand free passes for us to collect and let our member in, or the Shows information stand could have a copy of the roster and they would know so they could let security at the entrance know who to expect, only a thought.

    I will likely be there the entire time. I am happy to be a contact .. not sure if anyone from Carrols will be wanting to leave their stand to let us in

    i had a look at the roster and I do not seem to be on it. Am I unneeded, unwanted, forgotten or unloved?

    Well we are doing fine but we still have seconders needed for Sunday 11-12, 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4, otherwise we have someone on the stand at all times. I'm sure members will turn up and give a hand as they have done in previous years just for the company and a chat.

    I will keep the roster up dated each night if needed so we all know what is going on.

    Hey is there anything special the volunteers need to know? Like do we have to enter through a special gate? I guess basically I just want details on the proceedure. I'm pretty new to the forum and this is my first year at the show.

    Can not comment on the Brisbane show but at the Sydney Show we would have a contact person. Keep watching the thread and your Priviate Messages.
