    Scott great photos thanks.

I am not showing Sue that bike lathe I can hear here now." You have to make one, saves on electricity, keeping fit and able to work those legs muscles, and you have all the bits you require"

Have to agree with Crowie in regards to Col a true Gent.

Sorry, I heard it but never got any images. There is, however, a video up on Stu's Shed of the band.

    Default To all the volunteers

Had a great time this year again and it was good to catch up with the regular volunteers. The highlight of the stand was the conversations generated by the new posters, they really were an excellent way to get attention and show people what goes on (no, we don't have a poster for the arguments and poor jokes ). The posters have been carefully stored and will reappear next year in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra etc.

We had a few shift changes at short notice and I really appreciated the guys who changed their plans to fill in. I must admit that occasionally there were so many forumites at the stand I had to look at the roster to find out who was actually on! It's always fun to see the massive overspend, buyers remorse (with a glint in the eye), those members who see something then spend the rest of the day in ever decreasing circles until they weaken enough to buy it (I call this the black hole theory, they were never going to escape the orbit but make a good show of fighting it).
Thank you very much everyone, once again a very enjoyable show. I look forward to next year and KevM telling me he has FINALLY unpacked the Felder from its crate .
