Thanks Groggy. Wonder how many blokes will be asked to explain on Monday?
Cheers,

It was good to see you again Groggy. Thanks for all the hard work you've put in. The photo boards were a great job; again, kudos to Craig and all those involved. I said a very quick hello to Neil and Jim on their respective stands – both were predictably busy.
My only gripe is concerning the disabled parking AGAIN! Even with a disabled tag on the windscreen, we were directed to park alongside the masses located a couple of hundred meters from the entrance which was too far for me to walk. My driver was furious and ended up parking 'illegally' within meters of the entrance. I was lead to believe this wasn't going to be an issue this year. Without such a resourceful driver, I wouldn't have gone into the show..
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
Regards, Woodwould.

Disabled Parking
Why the parking guys can't get this sorted is a pain. They are NOT the event organiser, they are a rent-a-crowd parking mob. I'll make a point of raising this with the organisers.

I have spoken to the event organiser and they are a bit frustrated with this parking issue. They personally went out to monitor and assist with the parking and ensured that if a permit was offered the vehicle could go to an area close to the event. They will follow this up tomorrow but I will send a PM requesting more detail shortly.
I will state that I know the organiser has done a lot of work with the disabled and other parking to try to get it improved.

Thanks Groggy. As you saw, I got about the show with the aid of my walker; deciding not to bring my electric scooter after the last fiasco. The result is I'm exhausted and in a lot of pain. I couldn't have crossed the car park and walked the show. I know in the past that the organisers took the parking people to task and I appreciate they want to get this sorted out. I really hope they do for the sake of future attendances.
