Got to get all the woodwork clubs involved again
As per the Sydney Show, positive vibes all round, BUT Candice please, you have got to get all the woodwork clubs involved again.
They need to be give space a low prices along with member discounted ticketing; this is were the folk who spend money on timber and woodworking tools reside.
As long as the vendors know the clubs are coming, they will have people there to buy there wares; one always finds something new or something at the right price to spend ones pocket money.
Well done Melbourne!!
Cheers crowie
PS Thank you for the photos ladies and gents

I was told by an exhibitor on Saturday that the show would be at the Showgrounds for the next three years.
I did not post that on here in case I had been told inadvertently before it was to be public knowledge.Tom

After moving to Melbourne I got to attend the last three shows at the showgrounds before they went stupid(er). I always got a park just a short distance from the show without the help of a bus, mini or maxi. Back then I did not have my Disability Parking Permit yet even though my back was bad enough to qualify for one.
I enjoyed the venue at Seaworks for its proximity to home for me too, It's on the right side of the bridge. I attended on the Friday and with all the workers' cars in the street that day and the time restrictions on parking on weekdays parking would have been a major issue for me if I had not contacted Seaworks and been allowed to park offstreet. Another plus was that the food was very edible and reasonably priced. With the anticipated increase in size next year Seaworks will not be a viable option anyway.I'm doing my May Challenge - I may or may not give a #*c&

I understand the dates of the show for each state will shift (if necessary) to avoid clashes like that you mention.
