    Default Melbourne Woodworking Show

This kid just found out he's got a ticket to the Melbourne Woodworking Show next week:

I'm doing a little pee in my pants as well.

Would like some eucalyptus burl (an idea I have) and maybe some jaws for my chuck if they're cheaper than elsewhere. Then have a look see. And, the big one, I've got permission to get a VL175 (that's if I can twist someone's arm at the show) What about yourself?

I'm hoping to see more demonstrations this year. I usually end up running around like a headless chook and miss stuff I really wanted to see. Trying to find a timetable so I can plan my day. Anyone know where I can find one? Jim Davey's time table in particular. I need to improve my sharpening speed.

Woo Hoo A VL 175? Cool.
I am getting a few little things. A set of mini cole jaws. Some interesting wood. Hopefully will pick up my Negative rake scraper from Jim Corrols that is part of my Wood turning exhibition prize. Would like a small spindle gouge. But not as small as a tiny one. Might try and get a turning jacket that actually fits me. I only have a big one that came with someones stash that I bought. :S Looking forward to catching up with people, and meet some new people.
