I hate to be a pain in the bum but can you change my times please to 11/12 on both days as i am not too sure if i can find my way to the wood show from gordon in time for the early time slot.

Just on a personal note I will be on holidays for a few days and might be a little dufficult to update the roster for volunteers. For those considering to help out please reply to this thread. Thank you

After having a ball checking out the show last year I've decided to attend for two days this time!

I was too chicken to stop in and say hello last time so what better way to get to know everyone than volunteering!

Put me down for a couplefew hours both days. Mornings are fine, whatever really

You can count me in as a fill in. I want to be at the show for most of the time it is open so I would even be happy to be called on for releif at short notice.

I am a frequent visitor of this forum (that doesn't log in) but not a very active poster on the forum. This forum is an invaluable tool that will be a pleasure to support in anyway I am able.

One day is not enough time to see everything. In fact, I doubt that the 21 hours that the show is open is enough to see everything but I am happy to help out on the stand for a few hours. I figure that three people on the stand at any one time should be ample. That means you are only looking for 63 person hours. I am happy to trade 9.5% of my time at the show to do 3.2% of the work. I would guess that others would also be happy to do their 3.2% of the work.

It was good to stop and meet people at the stand last year.

Any times to suit on the 3 days, be there by 1100 and leave around 1600 each day

It good to see persons wanting to help out. I will update the roster when I return to Sydney, over the weekend.

Those still not sure take a look at what is available and those that want to help out but not sure on the time quite yet not a problem put your name down for the day then when there is only a couple hours left your choise is easier.

For volunteers please keep an eye on the roster to ensure that the time that I have you down is correct.

MrPete: you mention that you are going to attend two days, but did not specify which two days. so I guessed it would be the Saturday and Sunday. I have you at different time slots to ensure that you are not missing the same event twice.

Wun4us: I have you down for all three days, again different time slots over the three days.
