The Sydney Working with Wood at Homebush on 27th, 28th and 29th of July 2012 needs Volunteers.

Once again we will be hosting the Forum Lounge thanks to the generosity of Impressive Exhibitions.

However to make it work we need volunteers to man the stand for short periods over the three days and more importantly we need someone prepared to organise the volunteers, roster, setup, etc.

• All volunteers get free admission to the show.
  
  
• The organiser not only gets free admission, but also all the hassles, joys and rewards that go with any organising job

Any volunteers please put your names down in this thread and anyone stupid brave enough to want the organisers job please speak up.

Others who have gone before will be glad to help with any info or advice you may need.

That's the spirit your first post and wanting to help out on the forum stand. What type of wood or metal work do you do? How long have you been doing this as a hobby?

So the Friday is now complete with the requirements of volunteers.

I am now looking for people that would like to assist over the Saturday and Sunday.

Christos, I could take the first shift on Saturday, with NZ, as well as the other rostered shift.

It may make my pittance last a little longer

Pat: I have added you to the roster on Saturday 10:00 till 11:00 and 14:00 till 15:00 with the already included hour 15:00 till 16:00. This gives you a total of three hours for the day leaving only 4 hours for you to browse and order items of interest. Excluding your lunch hour.

And can do anytime on the Friday. Not sure I'll be able to get there Saturday or Sunday as yet. Saturday arvo could happen. But there are sporting committments in the morning.

What no Wheelin! They'll probably cancel now!

Wongo will be happy no need to find an upstairs lunch venue without a lift, he's got to think of those old fellow like you, Pat, Fletty, etc who can hardly walk let alone climb stairs.
