Henry Bros. Saws
541 Old Hawkesbury Rd, Vineyard, NSW 2765
p: (02) 96275486
Ring them with your size and requirements first and pick up while there they don't usually make them on the spot and don't usually have unusual sizes in stock.
Not as bad as going to McJings but still be warned BS blades aren't all the do SC, handsaws, router bits.
Hope its a Wednesday OTGA not far away.

Dunno when, just know that I may have to do 2 days training out at Windsor during July, I'll probably find out more later this month at an "information" session I have to attend.

If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."

I've never been a big fan of the non-woodworking stands at the show but...
After spending my afternoon wrestling with my whipper snipper I was hoping that the bloke who sells replacement whipper snipper heads may be at this years show.
Can anyone remember what his stall/company was called?
Cheers,
Geoff

wood and more wood. Close now...
Just back from Mal's.
Bought down some some big chunks of red cedar in the boot and some 'give-away' thins for box making
Mal has as on board his truck as requested:
75mm thick huon.
50mm thick slabs of Qld walnut.
red cedar boards
Some wild grain qld maple slabs and boards
Some 'thick' chunky pieces of various timbers including some white beech
As well as plenty of other boards and slabs.
Driving the truck down today, dropping off orders on the way.
Will start set up tomorrow.
Semi arrives with more timber tomorrow evening.
Thursday more set up.
Wait for rain that is predicted for that day
Friday. Coffee for me at 8.00, (I'll start the forum hot water urn up early) and then ready for the hordes including the school children with their delightful questionaires. I'll direct them to the forum stand.......
Saturday fine
Sunday. more rain predicted?
Monday, all over until next year.
See you all soon
Regards
Greg

EXPO TIME!
Blogged it @ the love of wood. Lots of timber pics.
Only one sneak peak now. I really don't like camphor. Don't like the smell. Don't like that it's a weed. Don't like to work with it. Just don't like it. But this is the most amazing piece of fiddleback camphor I think I've ever seen. I was at Boutique timbers 30min after the show opened and it was already sold.
