T&WWWShow 2013 CANBERRA - Forum Stand - HELP WANTED!

The third show of the year is coming up in Canberra - 30th & 31st August, 1st September 2013 Coorong Pavilion, Exhibition Park in Canberra

Fri Sat: 10am to 5pm - Sun:10am to 4pm

Once again we will be hosting the Forum Lounge thanks to the generosity of Impressive Exhibitions.

However to make it work we need volunteers to man the stand for short periods over the three days and more importantly we need someone prepared to organise the volunteers, roster, setup, etc.

Volunteers get free admission to the show.

The organiser not only gets free admission, but also all the hassles, joys and rewards that go with any organising job.

Any volunteers please put your names down in this thread and anyone stupid brave enough to want the organisers job please speak up.

Others who have gone before will be glad to help with any info or advice you may need.

Sorry but I won't be able to help out this year, I might not even be able to attend. Shoulder surgery the Monday before the show is going to slow me down a bit for a few months.

Neither of the bikes were involved in this one . I've got a Gleno Labrum Articular Disruption which is about as common as a shoulder injury can get. Just a bit of a tear that's getting patched up, rotator cuff is unaffected. Should be back up to full speed in 3-4 months

Unfortunately, the best time for the surgery is also when the wood shows on

I am sure that you will manage it as it mainly talking about the forum, handing out leaflets and meeting other woodies.

In Melbourne it has always been very enjoyable when I have done it.
