Well it's looking good so far but I still have 3 spots for Afternoon Sunday, 2 spots Friday and Saturday mid afternoon and 2 spots Friday and Saturday 4-5. But this is only if one person is on per shift. I feel confident that we will get the numbers. Will post the roster on the weekend so you can have a look.

Good on you Superbunny. I might suggest to get two people on the shift per hour as this makes it easier on the other person.
Now come on Brissy lets see the mad rush of people that we normally do.

I agree with you. The two shows I have attended had two people for each time slot. It helps if there any awkward questions and it is easier to bounce of each other. Of course those queuing up for advice don't get so frustrated either (doesn't really happen).
Frequently there are other visitor forumites around too so there is never any pressure on an individual.
Do we have any handouts/fliers etc.?

Agreed - it works particularly well if you get "button holed" with specific questions - it allows you to give the prospective forumites a fair go.

Latest Update to Roster 28 April 2013
I hope this format is better for every one to view. I don't know how to do it any better than to save it as a word document after pasting it from ms excel to ms word, any suggestions welcome. As you can see we are short for Sunday just for one person to be on let alone two at this stage.

Hi SB
Put me down for the 12-1 shift on Sat. I'll be floating around most of the day and happy to help out at other times if we end up a bit short.
cheers

Timeslot selected for me is great.
Still hoping for 2 per slot for the above reasons.
Flyers? Had them when I helped out the last time - great as all the backup info was there for people to digest later.
Any chance of a computer - a show how often works better than telling about.

Could I ask for 1-3 on Friday please? 1-2 to get an idea of what to do and then 2-3 to help out. Sunday 10-11 also.
As for flyers and a computer, what has been done previously? I know that I am on this board due to the 'Lounge' but do not remember a lot of the display. Just remember some ol' guy smiling and shoving a flyer with a web-address in my hand
So due to that above sentence I thought I would research the last couple of the previous years photo's. The photo's of the stand last year https://www.woodworkforums.com/f135/b...ml#post1492136 did not seem as inviting as the year before https://www.woodworkforums.com/f135/2...4/#post1321538. The seats outside as well as inside to me made it look more inviting.
Finally found what attracted me in a previous year, I remember a heap of photo's that I cannot see in the above links. Something like this
