    Default Age does matter

As we get older we need to remember our bodies can no longer do things we think it can.

Lifting heavy weights can lead to painful results

    One detached long bicep.

    Not much pain.
    Bruise from shoulder to elbow.

Seen a physio, Doc and next the specialist.
Had an ultrasound, next a MRI.

    Went off with a Pop......

What is going to happen ?????

They may decide to put it back or just leave it.
The long bicep is the lesser of the 2 parts of the bicep so not a major loss.

Next time I won't try to lift a fridge........

Did a similar thing couple of years ago, lifting bags of cement out of my young blokes ute,leg turned purple from the ankle to the top of the thigh, went to gp he shot me straight in hospital, was having blood thinner meds for a couple of days, on a drip, that only made it worse ,sent home, had daily visits from team at local hospital, had injections of anti biotics twice a day,bed rest the rest of the time had another day or two in hospital after they discovered anti biotics were worsening the situation thinning the blood, and it spread further, only cure was those special stockings (the white ones you wear in hospital) took about three weeks to return to something of normality.
Doctors you would be better of going to the vets and letting him feel your nose.Still have problems with it.
