    It has been shown that mental exercises are just as important to preservation of the mind, as physical exercises are to preservation of the body. Here are a few of my online favourites:

    http://www.heritagenews.com/puzzle/ Murrican style and spelling, weekly (new each Wednesday - Oosa date and time)
    http://thinks.com/ Various daily puzzles (except Sunday - Oosa date and time). Murrican style and spelling for word games. Also has Sudoku and a jigsaw puzzle - options are saved as cookies on your computer.

    Aside from the puzzles themselves, working both the Murrican and UK/Oz spellings enhances linguistic agility.
