Computer Screens and Eyes
Some years ago I started to have eye problems when looking at computer screens and was eventually diagnosed with Dry Eye for which over the counter drops were advised. In the last twelve months I have become aware of the effects of blue light on our eyes from video screens

I had some glasses made which filter blue light and I have not used the drops since.CHRIS

Windows 10 has a built-in feature where you can change the colour temperature of the screen to reduce the amount of blue; Settings > System > Display > Night Light
Android (and I think iOS) does as well

I used that as soon as it became available but it was (in my case) not effective, in fact it was that introduction that pushed me to have the glasses made.
