    Default Update

Just a bit of an update on the old Aurthur-ritus, nothing too much to see in the blood test results, have been taking the fish oil every day up until a few weeks ago when I ran out, have been pretty good tho, no inflammation or pain, just not as flexible as I used to be, I think tho that is improving a little with time.

It was good timing to run out of the fish oil as I now have a heart valve issue that they want to fix before too long and they don't like it to be on any supplements or such but that's another story.

    Hi Pete,

On the fish oil you'll find the best results if you take it over a period of years - starting and stopping isn't going to improve your baseline condition too much. Relatively high doses and long treatments, plus the right genetics, are needed to see a good effect.
Astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, lycopene, EGCG and fresh aloe juice are also helpful.

    Cheers,
    Rob
