I am down another two kilos, all up I have lost 12 kilos since the middle of September through exercise alone. My original target was 5kg and the exercise physiologist was doubtful I would achieve that. I am now 77kg and aiming for 70kg sometime next year.

Thanks Chesand but for me I did not think it was a big deal. The problem most have is that they are working and leading busy lives and trying to just get ahead thus motivation to undertake a program to lose weight usually wanes after a short period and it gets abandoned. The doctors etc wanted me to do it earlier but I refused as I knew that while I was at work combined with the strange hours I worked it was not going to happen and there was no way I would stick to it. The day after I retired I was in the gym and have only missed a day since if something prevented it, shoulders have been my problem lately and I haven't done any serious work for nearly two weeks.

Final Graph
Hello,
Final post for me and final graph attached.
Happy Christmas and keep at it until you reach your targets.
3kg=6.6lbs further to go for me - a heap of rowing machine and working in garden should do it.
We smashed our original 50lb target we got 79.8lbs ..... 79.8 x 3500 = 279,300 calories = enough to lift my old landrover 1.2m off the ground
Regards
Bill

That's a great effort guys.
My last post was way back in September and I was very reluctant to post as I was not loosing but gaining weight. I am not going to blame the long hours at work as another fellow at work is able to take long lunches to go to the gym.
But over the last four to five weeks I have stopped the gain in weight and managed to loose about half a kilo since the time I posted in September. Not as good as you guys.
