    No probs. I think I've got over the 100kg hurdle, this week I'm 99.4kg which means I've lost 0.6kg or 1.32 pounds since last Friday.

    I'm not about any of you but I actually feel lighter and have more energy.

    That's a good effort guys.

    I know that I have to loose weight as well but at the moment the ankle is not the best after this heals I think I will be back at the gym.

    I hope so too.

    I had to go to physio as it was taking too long for it to heal.

    Sorry Guys. No loss for me this week.

    Extra sessions on exercise bike planned and extending my morning walks now that the sun is up a bit earlier. Heading out now for minimum of 35 minutes.

    Gained a bit then loss that plus another 0.2kg, so very little loss but it is a loss neverless

    I've made a big effort this week and I'm 97.7, down from 99.4. That's 1.7Kg (3.75 pounds). I aim to be near the high 96's next week

    I am down 0.7 Kg this week to 100.9
    Hope to break through the 100kg mark next week although we have a family celebration on the weekend so that might be a bit optimistic.

    Can I join you guys?


    42, drink too much, eat too much at meal times and can't resist the chocolates and lollies constantly in the kitchen at work. I'm about 95kg but will confirm in the morning which is the best time to weigh myself.

    I've been stepping up my riding and walking and tracking these via Runkeeper on the iPhone. I do freestyle Karate once a week with my kids and started a bit of weight training a few months ago just at home. Did my back at the office which slowed me right down for a few months but feeling better now. I'd like to get down to about 85 - 88, as my weight is holding me back at karate. Maybe I could contribute a small amount to your Christmas goal.

    Welcome Danny - post your loss every Friday and I will get the graph done over the weekend.

    We have well and truly got half way .........

    30lbs = 2 and a bit stone (and it sounds a lot better than only 14kg)

    30lbs fat = approx 123,000 calories = enough to run a 1HP motor for approx 11 minutes ? (can somebody check this calculation please ?)
