Don't want to risk another fine so reporting that I have lost 500gram since last report. Just broken through the 100kg at last.

0.2kg
0.2kg = 0.4lb
Will do a fresh graph after a few more folk have thrown in some numbers.
Have set up the rowing machine in the shed again - in the past this has worked very well for me - got me from 100+ down to below 90 a couple of years ago.

Me too : Zilch
Nothing for me.
Have set the rowing machine up - suppose I'd better start using it.
If we all do 1 pound before christmas that well and truly smashes the target.

Another little bit
0.3kg = 0.66 pound lets be generous and call it 0.7 lb
Lots of work in garden and in paddocks
Deliberately doing lots of "accidental" exercise ie carrying stuff instead of using trolley.

I started at 95, got back to 93 and then ended up back at 94.5. Now back down to 92.5. So that's another 0.5 since my last report.
I think backing off on the beer almost completely has helped a lot over the last three weeks.

I lost about 4 kgs in the last week but not planned.
I've been in bed with the flu for the last 4 days and haven't eaten anything.
Starting to feel a bit better so might use the opportunity to start eating properly - it's about time I did.Geoff
