Try to look unimportant, they may be low on ammo.

FWIW I was talking with a young dietician yesterday who said that fit and overweight is much better than 'within weight' and unfit.

Lost over an inch around the neck 8 inches around the waist, man b**bs are disappearing, snoring has almost stopped and I am sleeping much better.
I am being monitored by my doctor every fortnight and he's happy with the amount I'm losing.
I will keep updating every month.

Have you tried "lean gains" style, everyday is fast day, 18 hours no food, 8 hours food window but very nutrient dense. Its the ultimate way to fuel your body.

I have taken up an exercise regime and not altered my diet and I am losing about 1kg a week since early September, so far about 9kg. I have found after talking to all sorts of professionals about weight loss that they all have tunnel vision and a set recipe that they do not know how to deviate from. The doctors told me it was imperative that I speak to a dietitian though I patiently explained what my diet was and it was patently obvious to blind freddie that diet was not the issue. I went to see the dietitian and she had nothing to offer that would curb the weight gain. After my experiences I have concluded that within reason you can eat what you want as long as you are prepared to balance it with exercise and exercise is one thing we all try and avoid.
