    Default I'm here

    Hi, remember me?

Backstory. Before Christmas I walked out and ended my marriage and didn't really cope. I got a new job, lost it and I'm now unemployed. The ex has taken me for a lot of money and I have some access to the kids. House is sold. Living with my sister. A bumpy 6 months.

Things were touch and go there in regards to my depression which has reared it's ugly mug.

To get things going again I'm going to reconnect to the things that mattered to me pre leaving. One of the things that matters was this forum. I miss some of you guys and girls.

A facility is in the making. One thing I didn't realise was that the sheer amount of stuff I had to move out of the shed! I'm slowly going through what I've packed up, keep an eye out on the market place.

Welcome back Scott. The world will start to turn for you again eventually. The shed is the healer of many ills. All the best with your comeback.
I hope we don't see too much in the market place.

    Default welcome back

    Hi Scott,

Good to see you back. I was thinking of you, coincidentally, last weekend when I was reorganizing the timber vault and I came across some pieces I got from you a year or more back (Ironbark). I thought I hadn't seen you on the forum for a while and hoped you were ok.

Sorry to hear of the bad times, but its great that you are on the comeback.

    Cheers

    Doug

It's frigging hard...all of it...been there, done/doing that. It brings inspiration to see someone not surrendering. Good luck, work hard, stay strong

    G'day Scott,

I've been dealing with the 'Black Dog' for many years now and though your situation may not allow it right now, the best thing I ever did was to get my own black dog.....a short haired Border Collie. He has been the best thing I have done to help me with the loneliness and depression of living alone among other things.
They are so clever and seem to know what you're thinking and their love is totally unconditional.

    All the very best,
    Bob

    Default Welcome back.

Welcome back Scott. I knew about your problems and I'm glad that things are starting to improve again. It will be a tough road for a while but it will no doubt get better.

If at any time you want a chat or access to a workshop let me know.

    Peter.
