Ouch!
Been a fair bit more active lately but this morning was helping a mate out with a few small tasks and felt these twinges where my sternum is wired together. Other bloke there reckons the cold snap here in Bris probably caused the stainless steel wire to contract, thus the pain!
Had a really good laugh.

Good to go
For all who have wished me well over the months I am pleased to say that my cardio has given me the all clear!
As a result I've been hard at it with areno project. No bullocking work but long days of up and down and plenty of movement. I get tired but recover quicker and I feel bloody terrific!
Next step - start 19th this month - atrip overseas.
When I get back who knows?
