Meet Frank
Hi Everyone
I havent posted here for quite sometime
I am recovering from a few health issues
and would like to introduce you to Frank
Frank is my custom made mask which secures my head while they nuke my nose for cancer it is in a challenging spot
this is the second time they have found some although it is only low grade BCC
(3 biopsies 2 come back close to my nerves)
I had the option of a local anasetic and they slice sections of my nose off until they get it all or nuke it
I decided on the nuke option and here are a few pics
50 greys of radiation divided over 20 days
Pic 1 me in the machine with frank holding my head still
Pic 2 the cancer on my snoze coming out (this is after the 20 days )
Pic 3 frank my custom built mask

I hope the treatment is doing the job for you Greg.
I don't think Frank will be much use as a dust mask when your done with the radiation teatment He might come in handy for robbing a bank or something. Those were the droids I was looking for.

Don't know what's more frightening, the cancer or the face!
Seriously though, I hope it all goes well and the pestilence is eradicated!

Thankyou for your thoughts
Frank is going to live at work pinned up as a reminder about Skin Cancer
My daughter wont go near it and she is 11
My face is getting worse but will come good in a few weeks
I wopuld love to run a dremmel up each nostril to keep it clear lol
But settle for a nose bath every night

Crumbs mate. Good luck with the therapy.
My brother had a BCC on the nose and had it cut out followed by plastic surgery. He must've gone for the econo-pak version cos it did nothing for his appearanceCheers, Ern
