Shingles whinge
Im sick and tired of being sick and tired! Easter Sunday the most extraordinary pain behind my right ear. A couple of days later Im diagnosed with Shingles. Four weeks later im still dizzy, exhausted and unable to focus out of my right eye. I walk like Im going home from the pub after a big one. Worst of all I gave the Chicken Pox to my youngest and he was as sick as a dog for five days as well.
Get you kids immunised against Chicken Pox, it sucks."We must never become callous. When we experience the conflicts ever more deeply we are living in truth. The quiet conscience is an invention of the devil." - Albert Schweizer

Hope it clears up soon Seb.
Vitamin B, L-lycene, and also zinc(? - check this one. It's good for repair???). You may be burning the candle at both ends, or being stressed about something. Locate the trigger and turn it down a bit. Lots of rest too.
