The gentleman has told me his bobcat has done an engine and it will take 2 weeks. He also told me (when I first found him) that it is not his bobcat and he hires it. So not only does he dump rubbish he also tells fibs.
So maybe I will still have him charged, but I don't trust the legal system. I have seen magistrates make stupid decisions.
