Well my lovelies, I just got my certificate of occupation, the building surveyor said not a thing needs completing and all good to go. Now if only I could get the last 4 years of my life back I'd be happy. I still have all the landscaping to do and that will take some effort but we move on and get it done. I will post pictures of my progress

Congratulations! It must be a great feeling. We are into our 6th year of building and hope to have it completed next so I can understand how you feel.

Thank you guys, you lot have been great support at times, we are sooooo tired but no rest for the wicked as they say. My wife wants me to remodel the kitchen now, it just never ends.

Just an update, we are now working on the landscaping and driveway at present. Some nice slate tiles put in the entrance way, the lounge and dining room wall and the cabinet for the dining room I made just before Xmas. When we got more done on the landscaping I’ll update progress again. Enjoy

Looks fantastic Phil! We will be in Tasmania for a couple of weeks at the start of April, if the planets align and you are still up for a visit I will give you a call. Cheers Cal

Just an update. Been retiling the kitchen as suggested last post. We got some landscaping done also. Now I’m under pressure to build a granny flat. I don’t know why my pics turn up upside down sometimes.
