    Default Another roadside wreck recovering

I spotted this little armchair on the side of the road on council cleanup day. Condition was bad but I liked the shape, and I knew I had enough offcuts to recover it.

It turned out to be made by Freedom Furniture so naturally I had to spend quite a bit of time reinforcing the frame and replacing the worst of the rubbish they use as timber. How do they get away with it?

The red epaulets were added just to extend myself sewing-wise. I know they don’t really enhance, but too late now.

    Cheers
    Arron

I like the red. I think that little splash of color adds to it.
