    Default dog with a tick

    our elder dog cj just went through an episode with a tick , now $500.00 poorer. i was wondering if any one had cure for ticks? we have the dogs on tablets . and collars dont work as they swim all the time . frequent inspections , missed this one . any ideas? thanks bob

    There is an injection (preventative), but I dont know if its suitable for long term use
