We've had her for 1 week and I reckon they should be called poopees and not puppies.

Good looking pup Bob. We've had one for a bit over 3 years and she's turned out great. Was a bit worried about being too energetic (working dog stock) but she'll sleep all day on verandah until time for chasing balls in afternoon. Those curved ball throwers really help to wear them out and you don't have to pick up the soggy ball

Hi Bob.
Cute dog. Some company for the new shed. Don't let her sleep in the corridor in the nigh thought.
Cheers

Well, pup has survived her first big drama, with a battery powered hedge trimmer power tool box (complete with hedge trimmer and two 18V batteries) falling onto her from a chair and squishing her head into the brick paving. It was sickening to watch and then lots of yelping and running off to find mum. Then pup went very-very quite and then to sleep. I thought she was done for, or at least brain damaged. I had to tell SWMBO, who was out when it happened, about it when she came home so she promptly took her off to the vet but there was nothing except a bill to come out of that effort. The following day pup was cheekier than ever, chewing and nipping everything in sight. It was as though she had to make up for the time she lost the day before.

Nice looking BC Bob , Im sure you and yours will have a lot of fun love and attention with her. Nice to enjoy the puppy time with them as they grow with you .
It is good to hear that she overcame the that incident.
I bet you're like a kid again having a new family member

Beautiful dog Bob. border collies are excellent dogs, smarter than many humans! You're in for years of joy. We are on our 3rd border collie, wouldn't be without 1!

Cheers RT.
We have had 2 previous pups;
- a Cavalier of very gentle nature but medium low intelligence,
- a Kelpie - wire haired terrier cross, very smart and active, great fun and very loyal.
Considering this one is only 8 weeks old its streaks ahead in the confidence and intelligence stakes and is already rounding us up like sheep and she thinks she is queen of the castle by a long shot.
