    Red face Where to get 3-8mm thick timber

    Hello

    Sorry I am new at all this but I have a laser cutter and up until now have just used ply, mdf and acrylic creating homewares and jewellery. I would really love to start using some beautiful Australian timber Like Tas Oak etc. I am having trouble getting it as thin as I need (3mm, 6mm and 8mm) and would love some tips on where I should go. I'm in Brisbane but am happy to have it shipped

    Got all sorts of timber especially shorts some high figure and interesting patterns. Which I can machine down to what you want. I'm on the Gold Coast if you would like to come down and rummage through what we have. A lot of shorts and scrap that may well suit your requirements.
