    Default Boring old Tas oak.[emoji6]

I've been milling a bit of fiddleback Tasmanian oak lately. Here's a few nice ones today.[emoji41]

Very sweet. I have seen figured Tas Oak before in packs of 42 x 19 we used to get back in the 1980's. None that size though and never enough to use in a complete project.

Some process pictures from another recent salvage stump. Super tight fiddleback right through. [emoji41][emoji106]
