Bowed ply wood
I recently purchased 4 sheets of 18mm ply wood. I believed that I got them reasonably cheap at the time, at $50 a sheet as the the hardware was closing down and they were previously tagged at $99 a sheet. I know they are cheaper else where but not at $50.
When I got them home, I noticed that 2 of the sheets had a bow in them. I don't have the floor space to lay them flat. What I have done is leaned them against my garage wall with the bottom wedged together and clamps on the top. This has hopefully made all the boards somewhat flat.
Given time, (weeks hopefully) will the bowed boards return to some form of flatness.
I previously bought Norm Abraham's plans for the delux router table and want to use these boards to make this and a new book shelf for my daughters bedroom.
If I don't get these boards some where near flat, it going to make a frustrating build.
Thanks in advance.
