Brush Box is an excellent and very popular timber used for flooring.

Very difficult to season Bob..it should be quarter-sawn to enhance stability,as back and rift sawn material will almost certainly warp..that said,it was once popular for flooring and it can be extremely figurative and colourful...it seems to grow in almost pure stands around my area, and is highly prized as a honey tree.. as a shade tree, they are brilliant...MM
