Question Where to buy lumber in Milwaukee area

    Hello, All!

What is a good place to buy hardwood lumber in MIlwaukee area?
I need something cheaper then Menads/Homedepo.
It's ok for one or two boards but for projects of lager size like table or something it's just too pricy.

    Thanks.

Yo knifer. Good question, but I bet these blokes won't know, seeing as how they mostly live in Australia.

Ask over here [If I am allowed to post this]:

    Lot's of Wisconsinites there.
    Cheers,

    Bob

    Not True oh Honarary One.

There is a guy on 6th Street just off Layton who mills his own. I cant remember his business name, but he works in a family business doing Auto repairs. (Ask for 'Joe')

Worzella's at Franklin is another place I have bought lumber from.

There is anoter place at Waukesha next to PDQ that have a lot of hardwood.
