Default Where to buy Timber like this or small Burls in Perth

Guys, I plan on making the pic attached. bdJbrkn.jpg Where could I get a piece of timber about this size in Perth? I don't really want to join pieces together unless it is down the middle etc. ie I don't want to join two boards on top of each other then I think the nice side profile would look funny. Either a piece of nice featured Jarrah or a smallish Jarrah burl etc. It will be used a a cheese board etc. Cheers

I'm sure one of the locals will chime in with more details but there is a guy in Naval Base who used to have a good range of woods at very good prices. Sorry but I can't give you much more information than that at the moment. If I have a lightbulb moment I will update

It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.

I note you are seeking burl, unless the burl is a full solid burl like York Gum, then I would not recommend burl as the gum veins may fill with food scraps and be unhygenic. If, on the other hand, the food is not in contact with the timber, should be fine.
