Large mantle needed, Syd blue gum, red mahog...?
Hi all,
Hope this is the right spot to post.
Been doing the owner builder thing. Learning alot more along the way and lots of excuses to buy some good/more tools!
Coming up short on two mantles.
Flooring and stair case guys unable to help matching.
Floor is red mahogany (SE NSW gum from what I know)
Stairs Syd blue gum.
All rich red/brown and looking for the same for two mantles.
I figure about 2500x300x50
Stair manufacturer offered to laminate for me but I want to try to go a slab and dress it up.
Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
Hitchy.
