    Do you have a budget?

Just as an guide, some time back we scored about 100sqm of recycled 109x19 Tassie Oak T&G for about $35/sqm....

using remilled you'd be struggling to get under $60/sqm in that size.

As for so-called 2nd grade new floorboards.....wish you luck because they still have to be kiln dried....and therefore pricey.
Ours is not to reason why.....only to point and giggle.

hi, yep was hoping, to find flooring for under $30 per square. Now i could be having myself on and it could be impossible but thought i would ask. I also dont mind 2 or 3 different types of timber flooring in the house either.
    cheers, michael.
