    Default I hate it when

I had some nice wood drying under the house that I rent out. I put it there 10 years ago when I lived there. Didn't bother or think to move it when I moved seeing I was keeping the house and renting it out. I had to go there over the weekend to fix something and needed to go under the house. I asked the tenants what happened to the wood and he told me he cut it up and burnt it! SAY WHAT! There was a full wood pile somewhere else I told him he could use up, but not my slabbed planks under the house. How much do I put his rent up?
