    Default I need to identify some wood, any help appreciated.

    Hi, I haven't been here for some time as wood is not really my specialty, I do need to make Cases for clock on occasions and I am doing one now, I was hoping to use these large pieces of wood to make a Floor Standing Regulator and was hoping someone could identify it, I am hoping it is Australian Wood as this is the theme of the clock. Perhaps Qld Maple?IMG_9104.JPGIMG_9106.JPGIMG_9107.JPG
    It was an old table thrown out in a Council Clean Up, Perhaps it will live again as a Clock.
