Looking for jarrah tongue & groove
Hello All,
Finally our 100yr 2 storey ex-commercial traveller lodge is getting back its front verandah. I would desirably like to get full length boards instead of having staggered pieces.
I need to complete this project the following:
108 lengths of 100mm (4") x 3m & 19mm thick, jarrah tongue & groove
any info on where I can find this quantity would be appreciated in either recycled or new.
I am also re-flooring the side verandah, but this can be mismatched and need approx 17 sqm.
Thanks
parky

Ross's Auctions often have t+g jarrah in large quantities. There is an auction coming up that may have something suitable but they haven't put the catalogue out yet.

Pictures parky, and more pictures. This sounds like one of the bigger projects on the WWF, and I am sure that there would be a lot of interest in a big restoration like this.
BTW welcome to the forums. Rules are that if you ask for advice you have to be willing to contribute...it'll be fun.

Oh dear parklodge it looks so unloved, lost...BALD! Such a contrast to the photo of it in its heyday. I expect that this will be a very exciting and satisfying project even before you pick-up a hammer and saw. It sounds like you want to do it right too.
Can't wait for progress reports.

Jarrah flooring found, got, and delivered - just waiting now for the verandah to be erected.
Other than that, things are moving along and the old girl is getting a face-lift on the outside - the painters started this week and tho its maybe half done, she is starting to look good

P.S. Thanks to all those that replied re finding the flooring - muchly appreciated
