not sure how much it is worth, but it would be a lot more than the $450 per M3 that it's currently priced at.

Green hardwood is probably worth around $500 to *600 per cubic metre.
Properly air dried for 12 years or so is just not commercially available.
you could compare it to KD HW which is about $6 or $7 per lineal meter.
