meter cube price to board size price - conversion tool
anyone know of a utility that will convert a cube price to say 200 x50 or 150x25 or other sizes as required
my brain is finding it tricky to do the sums
excel would do a great job
input meter cube price and board size to yeild a per meter board price
thanksray c
dunno what's more fun, buyin' the tools or usin' em'

I've knocked one up for you quickly - pretty self explanatory: just enter your m/3 price in the blue box and it'll give you a little matrix of linear meter prices of common sizes. Or you can put custom sizes in the green boxes. If you're feeling truly lazy, you can put a length into the yellow box next to those to get a total price for a piece or pieces.
Hope that's what you're after...

thanks stu - very neat and exactly what i was after
i usually sit here with a pen and paper scribbling away for an hour and invariably vcome up with a number that is wrong
i am pretty remedial with excel - my brain wont quite get around how it all worksray c
dunno what's more fun, buyin' the tools or usin' em'
