Unfortunately, you will need to make a trip to the big smoke, where there are several companies that you can deal with, Otto's at Magill Rd Stepney, LeMessurers at Pt Adelaide, Bones Timbers South Rd Edwardstown. These are the ones that come off the top of mind.
Get hold of the Yellow pages for Adelaide and see who else might be of help to you. How big a boat/ship are you building????
Probably the biggest expense will be freight to you, might be an idea to make the trailer first, come to the big smoke and stock up with supplies, timber, 2pack glues, copper nails etc.

might make some phone calls tomorrow, the boat I'm building is a 20' run about, the "Riviera" from glen l boat plans.
it seems were slightly limited with suppliers I'm a bit worried about the moisture levels of purchased timbers, it would be terrible to get it all home and it all warps over time.
