Queen Ebony - anyone know if Sitco Aust are still operating?
I've been trying to contact Sitoc Aust in Brisbane to buy some queen ebony but haven't been able to raise a response yet.
Does anyone know if they are still in operation or not?:

or does anyone know another source of queen ebony?

Yep - Sitco are still open as far as I know. The Sitco web site is still working ..... the following was copied from www.sitcoaustralia.com.au
Note: Sitco's phone number is no longer listed on the web site - all contact now seems to be via email, and visits are by prior email arranged appointment only.
I hope the following information is useful.

Roy

Thanks Roy, yes that's the web site that I linked to and they are the contact details that I've been using without being able to raise a response.

Thanks Roy, much appreciated. The land line is coming up as disconnected and I've left a message on his mobile. I'll let you know how I go getting a call back
cheers

An update for anyone else who may have looked in and may be interested in what's happening with Sitco and the availability of Queen Ebony.
I've received a response to my earlier emails and can understand why they've been somewhat slow in responding. Brian, who runs Sitco, has advised that he now spends most of his time in the Solomons so has been somewhat out of touch.
But it sounds like he will be back in Brisbane mid Nov' for anyone chasing Queen ebony, teak, Pacific maple or Rosewoood.
His landline number that Roy advised above is no longer current, but his mobile is still current.
