Red Bloodwood
A couple of pics of Red Bloodwood (Corymbia sp)
The butt log was shaped like a pumpkin
And heavily figured
Milled into dimensional pieces for knife/tool handles
Required careful seasoning though!
Rich colour rivalling Cedar
