Rolling pin - part One
Hi all
Yeah - a baking thingy
The Keeper of the Cards asked... nah, told me to make her a wooden rolling pin and wants it about 18 inches long (for her big pastry rolls) and also stipulated "no knots" and doesn't fancy crapiata, thank you.
Help me guys and gals. . .
Nice white even-grained wood (no knots), food grade, stable enough for sticky wet scone mix. What kind of wood??
I thought a nice piece of 3x3 huon.
That suitable?
Any others?
Virtual home brewed bavarian lager to all who help
Thanks
