Basicly Im making a 1080i projector and I cooked my router and had drama getting it accurate enough.

I need a a lenght of 1.2m x 30cm chipboard/mdf routered lenth wise about 5 cuts 3.2mm to 16mm (I have bits here)
this may be cut into 4 30x30cm for ease.

Then There is 2 45x30cm bits of 16mm mdf i need a window cut out and a small rebate needed.

Um and also depending on your skills a bit of alumium or a black plastic power point drilled/routed out for controlls

yes I could do it my self bit my industrial router carked it and its stright edge thingo was 20mm deap so it made it hard to do 16mm stuff

Will pay post and u, but need accurate work done due to optics
cheers boys my local cabinet makers wantednothing to do with it
